Welcome to AudioCraft.
This Privacy Policy explains how Rawshi, operated by Divyank Kaushik ("Rawshi", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the AudioCraft mobile application ("App").
AudioCraft is a text-to-speech application that allows users to convert text into spoken audio, preview voices, generate audio files, translate text using supported on-device language models, and save or share generated audio.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information handled by the App.
By using AudioCraft, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

AudioCraft is designed to perform most of its core functionality locally on your device.
We do not require you to create an account to use the App, and we do not operate a user account database for AudioCraft.
Depending on how you use the App and the services provided by third-party SDKs, the following categories of information may be processed.
When you enter text into AudioCraft, the App processes that text to provide features such as:
The text you enter is primarily processed locally on your device using the device's text-to-speech engine and supported on-device machine-learning models.
We do not operate our own server that stores your entered text.
AudioCraft creates temporary audio files on your device while generating and playing audio.
These files may include:
Temporary files are automatically removed when they are no longer required according to the App's cleanup processes.
When you choose to download generated audio, the resulting audio file is saved to the location selected or provided by the operating system, such as your device's Downloads folder.
AudioCraft does not upload your generated audio to its own server.
The App may store certain preferences locally on your device to provide features correctly, such as:
This information is stored locally on your device and is not maintained by Rawshi on a remote server.
AudioCraft uses the text-to-speech capabilities available on your device.
The App may use the Android/device text-to-speech engine to:
The availability and processing of voices can depend on the text-to-speech engine installed on your device.
AudioCraft does not operate its own cloud voice-generation server.
Your text and generated speech are not intentionally uploaded by Rawshi to a Rawshi-operated server for storage.
However, the privacy practices of the underlying device operating system, text-to-speech engine, or voice provider may apply separately. You should review the privacy policy of the relevant provider where applicable.
AudioCraft may use Google ML Kit's on-device language identification and on-device translation technologies.
Where supported, language identification and translation are performed on your device using on-device machine-learning models.
The App may download the required language models to your device when necessary.
Translated text and language-identification results are used to provide AudioCraft's translation and text-to-speech functionality.
Rawshi does not operate a server that stores your translated text or language-identification results.
The Google ML Kit components used by the App are third-party technologies and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
AudioCraft contains advertisements.
We use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements in the App.
Because advertisements are provided through a third-party advertising SDK, Google and its advertising partners may process certain information associated with your device and interaction with advertisements.
Depending on applicable settings, consent, device configuration, region, and Google's advertising practices, this may include information such as:
The exact information collected by Google may vary depending on your device, operating system, region, consent choices, and Google's current SDK behavior.
Rawshi does not sell your personal information.
Google's handling of information through its advertising services is governed by Google's applicable policies.
For more information about Google's privacy practices, please review:

You may also be able to manage advertising personalization and advertising identifiers through your Android device settings and Google's available privacy controls.
AudioCraft may use third-party libraries and services to provide its functionality.
These may include:

AudioCraft uses the text-to-speech capabilities available through the Android/device TTS system.
The applicable privacy practices may depend on the text-to-speech engine installed and selected on your device.
The App may also use open-source libraries and Flutter packages to provide application functionality such as audio playback, file handling, translation, user interface functionality, and other technical features.
Third-party libraries may process technical information as necessary to provide their respective functionality.
AudioCraft does not intentionally collect or maintain the following information on Rawshi's own servers:
AudioCraft does not require a user account for its core functionality.
If a third-party service used by the App independently processes certain technical information, that processing is governed by the third party's own policies as described in this Privacy Policy.
AudioCraft may create files locally on your device during audio generation.
Temporary generated audio is stored in the App's temporary storage area and is intended to be removed when it is no longer needed.
When you select the download option, AudioCraft copies the generated audio to the device's designated download/storage location.
The downloaded file remains under your control and may be managed, moved, shared, or deleted using your device's file-management features.
AudioCraft does not automatically upload downloaded audio files to Rawshi.
AudioCraft may allow you to share generated audio using Android's or the operating system's standard sharing functionality.
Sharing is initiated by you.
When you choose to share a file, the file may be transferred to the application, person, or service you select through the operating system's sharing interface.
Once you choose to share a file with another application or service, the receiving application's privacy policy and terms apply.
Rawshi does not control how a third-party application handles a file after you choose to share it.
AudioCraft is designed to keep most application-generated content locally on your device.
Temporary audio-processing files are intended to be deleted automatically when they are no longer needed.
Certain local preferences and cached application information may remain on your device until they are cleared by the App, Android, or you.
Audio files that you explicitly download are retained on your device until you choose to delete them.
Information processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's applicable retention and privacy practices.
Rawshi does not control Google's retention periods for information processed by Google.
Because AudioCraft does not require a user account and Rawshi does not maintain a user account database for the App, there is generally no Rawshi-hosted user account to delete.
You can remove locally stored AudioCraft data by using Android's available app-data controls, such as:
Downloaded audio files stored outside the App's private storage, such as files in your Downloads folder, may need to be deleted separately using your device's file manager.
Temporary files created by AudioCraft are intended to be automatically removed as part of the App's normal cleanup processes.
If you believe Rawshi may have information associated with you that requires deletion or have a privacy-related deletion request, contact:
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by AudioCraft.
AudioCraft is designed to process core text-to-speech and supported translation functionality locally on your device where possible.
We do not operate a Rawshi server that stores users' generated audio, entered text, or translated text as part of the normal operation of AudioCraft.
Third-party services used by the App may independently apply their own security measures.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AudioCraft is not specifically designed as a children's application.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an AudioCraft user account because AudioCraft does not require user accounts.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Rawshi, please contact us at:
If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.
Parents and guardians should also be aware that third-party advertising services may have their own policies and requirements concerning children and advertising.

We may need sufficient information to understand and respond to your request.
AudioCraft is available to users in different countries.
Third-party service providers used by the App, including Google services, may process information on servers or systems located in countries other than your own.
Such processing may be subject to the third party's applicable privacy policies and legal requirements.
AudioCraft may provide links or references to third-party websites or services.
